Workshops

In-depth sessions about the What, Why, and How of Strength Training. Each session will include Squats, Deadlifts, and a Press (Overhead or Bench). Additional subjects will depend on the advancement and interest of attendees.

Don't let your situation set the limit for what you're able to do for the rest of your life. We also cater to clients who are senior citizens, post rehab, etc. If we're unable to safely assist you, we can help in referring you to a Physical Therapist to best serve your mobility needs.
